| Obituary: Funeral Services for Mrs. Albert Abdo Held This Morning Mrs. Albert Abdo Passed Away at the Home of Her Parents Here Monday Night -- Graduated at Local High School in 1933 Mrs. Albert Abdo of Olean, passed away Monday night at seven o,clock at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Anders of Honeoye Street in Shinglehouse. She had been ill for about three months. Mrs. Velna Abdo was born in Buffalo, May 20, 1915. She was a graduate of the Shinglehouse High School class of 1933. She was united in marriage to Albert Abdo of Olean on Nov. 28, 1936. Surviving are her husband, and infant son, Albert; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Anders; two brothers, Llewlyn and Creighton Anders and her grandfather Eli Walters all of Shinglehouse. Funeral services were held this morning (Thursday)at 9:30 o,clock at the home of her parents and at 10:30 o,clock at the Shinglehouse Catholic church. burial will be in the Maplegrove cemetery in Shinglehouse. | |
