died March 6, '1999 at Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport.
Born December 15, 1919 in
Harrison Township, she was the.
daughter of Daniel L. and Sylvania
Mattison Merrick. On January 14,
1938 in Whitesville, NY, she married
Alexander E. Crance, who predeceased
her in 1992.
Mrs. Crance was a homemaker
and a lifelong area resident.
Surviving are a foster son, Robert
I Norton, of Ulysses; three grandchildren;
a brother, Elmer L. Merrick of
Blane, TN; two foster brothers, Dallas Hand of Ulysses and Hoyt Norton of Muncy; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister,
Ruth Lampman Robbins.Friends may call Friday, March 12, 1999, 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m at the Kear-Olney Funeral Home, Ulysses, where funeral services will be held Saturday, March 13, 1999 at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Harold Kie1 will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Potter Brook.
