ORA CLYDE KEMP

SHINGELHOUSE - Ora Clyde Kemp, widely - known farmer of this area, died Friday (Mar.. 22, 1957) at his home on the 11-Mile, following a short illness.

He was born June 27, 1881, at Millport, and was married to Miss Alta Jones Apr. 6, 1904, at Wellsville.

In addition to his wife. Mr. Kemp is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Harold Higley. Shinglehouse: three sons, Murray Kemp. Carol Kemp and Lynn Kemp, all of the ll-Mile, near here; two sisters, Mrs. Fred Dunshie, Olean and llrs. Claude Crandal, Alma.

Mr. Kemp has been a member of the Evangelical United Brethren Church at Chrystal, and had been a member of Sharon Grange, 1247 for the past 25 years.

The body is at the late home, where friends may call beginning this afternoon.

A prayer service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday (Mar. 25, 1957) at the home, followed by funeral services at the Chrystal Evangelical United Brethren Church at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Paul Whitcomb officiating. Burial will be in the Chrystal Cemetery.
